Baby and Toddler Care Course
We train your domestic worker or nanny to be able to care for your baby or child with confidence. Childminding is the nannies primary focus, but we also train your nanny in managing household duties whilst looking after your child. The course covers the following modules: Being the Best, Hygiene, Safety, Practical How To Section from dressing baby to bathing baby to changing nappies and sterilizing bottles, Crying Baby and what to do, Colic Baby and what to do, Nutrition Basics, Balancing Housework and Baby, Playtime activities from 1 month to 2 years.
The course is a mixture of theory and practical, with the emphasis on practical. We have a theory and practical assessment at the end of the course. We also have a Zulu co-trainer to assist with any language barriers.

First Aid and CPR Course
This course teaches a person how to help an injured adult, child and infant. We offer the course for nannies and domestic workers as well as for family and friends. It covers all the day to day injuries that a person looking after a baby or child would potentially deal with. The course covers the following modules: CPR, Choking, Introduction to AED, The emergency call, Basic child safety, Basic child first aid, Medical emergencies, Injury and environmental emergencies.

Baby and Child Stimulation Course
Our Baby and Child Stimulation Course is run by a child kineticist and runs over two days. We start by covering the background and theory portion of stimulation and development, before moving onto age appropriate activities and ways of interactiving. We look at baby development and stimulation for ages 0-24 months as well as 3-6 year olds.
Home Care Cleaning Course
Our Home Care teaches an individual how to clean the house, as well as manage the household chores on a weekly and monthly basis. The course covers the following modules: General cleaning tips, Sorting clothes for washing, Managing Stains, Hand washing vs. Machine washing, Packing of clothes, Making beds, Cleaning Floors (washing, sweeping, vacuuming), Cleaning Bathrooms, Cleaning Kitchens, Washing Windows, Ironing, Dusting, Working with appliances, Cleaning and defrosting fridges and freezers, Setting up a cleaning schedule. The course runs on a Wednesday and Thursday from 08h00 to 13h00. Our Cleaning Course is 100% practical, with a practical assessment at the end of the course.

Family Cooking Courses
